Connecture
Connecture supplies the engine that powers health insurance sites so consumers can shop, compare and enroll for health plans online. With that as their core product, their consumer-facing drug-comparison tool was getting little attention in the market. We created a marketing plan to cross-sell existing customers and make 2nd attempts to open leads still in the sales funnel. We also created a fresh Sales deck for their Outside Sales team, with intel on market sizing, competition, integration requirements, feature/benefits, ROI analysis, customer experience, and more.

Nationwide Bank
Prior to their launch of several new loan campaigns, we were asked to assess the loan origination processes at PNC Bank (their servicing bank). We designed an approach and led a small team of banking experts to analyze each function connected to the end-user experience, from approval criteria to sales scripting, marketing channels and web development.

Advantec Solutions
For this local computer repair shop, we created a preventative maintenance program with a monthly or annual fee to provide a steady revenue stream instead of “hoping” for client computer malfunctions.


Wells Fargo
The bank wanted to re-package its loan products to help accountholders get additional funds when unplanned expenses occur. And they wanted to make it instant and easy for their customer, without lengthy loan applications and closings. So we spent a year working with their product, operations, IT and Legal/Compliance designing an unsecured loan product that would deposit funds directly into a checking account when certain emergencies arose. Other terms of the product are proprietary, but we’ll just say it provided on-going revenue for the bank while meeting a market need and staying true to the bank’s vision: Helping Customers Succeed Financially.

Magellan Midstream Partners
When their Marketing Manager took an earlier-than-expected 2-month maternity leave, we were called in to execute ongoing communications per their established calendar. This involved documentation review and occasional research before compiling the content into drafts and securing required approvals. Output included numerous emails, corporate memorandums, documents, reports, brochures, flow charts and presentations.


Kilowatt Financial
Hired shortly after they started their company, our first priority was to help Kilowatt get ready for all the loan business we would later help them grow. This involved designing their billing statements, writing customer service and collections letters, creating quick reference guides for their contractor network, and then the ongoing communications to keep Kilowatt top-of-mind with customers, partners and prospects. We designed numerous sales and Board presentations along the way.

Embassy English
With 98% of its clients coming from agents, we were retained to identify the best way to bring all agents onto a digital platform that would enable dynamic pricing. In building this plan, we saw opportunity to grow referral revenue through agent recognition, incentives, branding and social marketing. Our experience and high-level thinking helped us identify complementary growth strategies that leveraged existing resources and strengthened the impact of their efforts.


GE Healthcare
This maker of hospital equipment (MRI, CT scanners, etc.) sought to gather extensive environmental data by country in order to anticipate new regulations on emissions and power consumption for large medical equipment. We gathered extensive third-party data from government and environmental agency sources and synthesized it with first-hand research from GE’s product groups to create a global heat map by country and region. GE used this analysis to refine its marketing and to prioritize product development.

United Healthcare
To announce the launch of a new member benefit, we created multiple versions of member-facing collateral for UHG’s policyholders. Each version was tailored to specific customer segments with variable copy and design that would resonate with the reader, while simultaneously tying into the national marketing campaign and working within the brand guidelines of their marketing partner, AARP.

Kilowatt Financial
As a home improvement lender, Kilowatt only marketed its loans through a network of authorized contractors. Attracting large-volume builders to the Kilowatt program had proven to be a challenge for them ... until they turned us loose. We started from scratch, creating all-new product positioning and targeting an exclusive high-end audience with a premium kit that included a personalized 28oz contractor’s hammer, followed by a personal touch by a well-prepped sales rep.

PEX Card
A financial service provider for businesses, PEX signed partnerships with non-competing companies that were trying to reach the same audience. We were retained to spearhead these new partner programs on behalf of PEX, building and executing the respective plans for joint marketing, IT integration, and the resulting user experience across their web-based platforms. Compliance reviews, release schedules, sales training, event promotion, lead flow and content development are just some of the moving parts we coordinate for PEX.

Huntington National Bank
For several years, we worked as part of another agency’s team to develop a new member acquisition strategy for pre-screened home equity loans, integrating data from list providers and credit bureaus while also creating a profitability model. The resulting execution included dozens of direct mail kits using champion- challenger methodology. (We also managed the implementation and tracking.)
